Noise Control Media to Publish 3 Albums in February
At this moment, I can forsee being able to back publishing 3 albums in February of Next year. Advertising and Manufacturing will be the responsibility of the selected artists. Please keep in mind that it isn't the publication of the albums that is expensive, it is the Advertising.
This idea is my gift to the community for your support. Hopefully we can get official target dates of Feb 14, for the album submissions if everyone is on board in time.
Selected musicians will be notified on Christmas.
